Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your AI Commerce App account yourself, directly in the app. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first — deletion is blocked while a subscription is active.

After verifying your identity, we will permanently delete your account, your profile information, and your AICommerceApp data and history associated with your account.

Some information may be retained if required by applicable laws, such as payment or tax records. We will confirm the deletion timeline once your request is received.
