This page is maintained by AI Commerce App to explain how we collect, use, store and protect your personal and product data. It applies to everyone who visits our website or uses our platform.

What we collect

We collect account information you provide (name, email, password hash), product data you submit for AI generation (titles, descriptions, images, categories), and usage metadata (timestamps, feature usage, IP address for security).

How we use it

We use your data to operate the service, generate AI content on your behalf, process payments through our payment provider, communicate with you about your account, and improve the product. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.

Subprocessors

We use a limited set of vetted subprocessors to deliver the service — including a managed database provider, an AI model provider for content generation, an image storage provider, and a payments provider. Each is bound by data-processing terms.

Retention & deletion

You can delete individual generations from your history at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and generations from active systems within 30 days. Backups are rotated on a rolling basis.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@aicommerceapp.com. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK-GDPR and the CCPA respectively.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized engineers and audited.
