These terms govern your use of AI Commerce App. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at security@aicommerceapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Don't use AI Commerce App to generate illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the service, scrape our platform, or interfere with other users.

Content ownership

You own the content you generate. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to deliver the service. We do not train our models on your private inputs.

Subscriptions & refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions.

Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally impact availability.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
